Anime Vanguards has shops connected to different modes, events, systems, and currencies. There is no safe universal claim that every shop refreshes on the same schedule: community documentation notes that many shops do not restock while particular rotating shops are exceptions. Read the live timer and stock panel for the exact shop before planning purchases.
Inspect the shop first
Rank purchases by account value
Buy a unique progression blocker before a replaceable convenience item. Evolution components, an accessible role-filling unit, or a time-limited reward may outrank cosmetics or materials available from permanent stages. But check the complete recipe: one shop item is not useful if another unavailable component blocks the destination.
For repeating materials, compare shop price with farming time. Currency itself has a time cost and may be needed for exclusive stock. Maintain a reserve until you know whether the shop will rotate.
Handle rotating and seasonal shops
If the client shows a countdown, convert it to your own deadline and calculate the remaining reliable runs. Add a margin. Verify whether the shop, currency, and mode all share the same end time; similar timers can govern different systems.
Worldlines, Gauntlet, Dungeon, Battlepass, and event references should always carry their current season or update context. Update 14.5 establishes a dated content window, not a permanent inventory promise. After a reset, discard the old shopping list and inspect the new panel.
Avoid purchase mistakes
Confirm quantity before clicking, especially when a button supports multiple purchases. Match the item icon with the target recipe. Do not buy a material solely because a past guide calls it rare. Lock or favorite the resulting item if possible, then verify the balance and remaining stock.
Keep a one-line ledger: shop, currency, target, cost, balance, stock, reset, and checked date. The Currencies guide helps divide the wallet, while Items List explains inventory categories.
Compare two shop offers
Convert both offers to the time needed to earn their currencies, then include stock, expiry, prerequisites, and alternative sources. A low sticker price can still be expensive if the currency comes from slow limited entries. A costly permanent material may be safely postponed when a time-limited unique reward is active.
Check the destination before buying bundles. Extra quantity is valuable only when another confirmed recipe uses it. Do not use a tier list as proof that a unit or item in a current shop fits your account.
Keep a purchase record
Screenshot the offer and confirmation for limited stock. Record item, quantity, wallet before and after, remaining stock, and timer. Reopen inventory to verify delivery before purchasing again. If delivery is delayed, avoid rapid repeated clicks.
When the timer reaches a reset, refresh the panel through normal game navigation and read it again. Never assume the previous stock, price, or currency survived. A new visual should be treated as a new offer.
Shop decision example
Suppose one offer is a permanent crafting material and another is a season-limited unit. First confirm that the unit is usable and that all remaining build requirements are obtainable. Then price both in completed runs, not nominal tokens. If the unique unit fills no team role, the permanent material may still be the better purchase; “limited” is urgency, not automatic value.
Likewise, do not buy the last ingredient of a recipe before checking that the destination unit and every quest are ready. Keep enough currency for an unexpected rotation until the timer and carry-over rules are explicit.
Shops FAQ
Do all shops reset?
No. Only trust a restock or rotation that the current shop displays or official notes confirm.
What should I buy first?
Prioritize a current, obtainable reward that unlocks progression or expires soon, after checking every prerequisite and competing use for the currency.
